Guests who wish to change or cancel an appointment are kindly requested to provide at least a 24 hour notice, or the full cost of the appointment will be charged

Treatment prices are subject to change without notice

No refunds will be applicable under any circumstances

A minimum age of 16 is required for all treatments and use of Spa facilities

Ages between 14 and 16 will be permitted, if accompanied by an adult.
