A: Yes.
Most architects charge 4-6% of the total cost to

A: YES,
as long as they are Registered with the NHBRC

are the major design guidelines be available?
A: There
are no rigid guidelines. Units must be build in a
“bush format”, requiring a thatched roof, brick,
stone, wood or combination, with a maximum of one
kitchen. No fences will be allowed to ensure the
safety of the animals. A double storey or an upper
decking will be allowed as well as a total of three
buildings including a main building with two
satellite living structures.

if it looks rustic, and earth stone colours are
allowed.
